Description

You will own quality assurance for Agentforce autonomous agents, validating accuracy, reliability, and goal completion across Salesforce environments. You will design and execute test strategies for AI-driven workflows, ensuring secure data handling and robust integration with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Test Agentforce autonomous agents for reasoning paths, decision trees, and hallucination detection.
• Validate integrations between Agentforce and Salesforce Clouds, including Flows, Apex, and LWC automations.
• Execute manual and automated tests for multi-turn dialogs, ambiguous inputs, and prompt versioning.
• Verify data visibility, PII masking, and role-based access controls for secure action execution.
• Monitor agent behavior in lower environments, track quality KPIs, and support UAT sign-offs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of QA experience with strong focus on Salesforce application testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Proficiency in testing Apex, Flows, and LWC components.
• Experience with both manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of REST API testing for agent integrations.
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
• Understanding of AI agent logic, prompt behavior, and conversational QA techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Einstein Bots or other conversational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with defining and tracking quality KPIs such as accuracy and escalation rates.
