You will design, build, and productionize agentic AI systems and AI-driven operations automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI systems that plan, reason, and execute multi-step workflows across platform and portal ecosystems.
• Build and deploy AI-driven automation for operations, including incident detection, triage, remediation, and monitoring.
• Develop and productionize LLM-based applications and intelligent workflows integrated with APIs, tools, and enterprise systems.
• Integrate AI solutions with platform infrastructure, including Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and telemetry pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and define best practices for AI engineering and automation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall industry experience with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
• Deep expertise in Agentic AI, LLM Systems, and AI Ops.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Machine Learning.
• Experience with Cloud Native architectures, Kubernetes, and System Design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with workflow orchestration frameworks like LangGraph and AutoGen.
• Knowledge of distributed systems architecture, telemetry systems, and SRE practices.
• Experience with predictive analytics, automated remediation, and memory/context handling in multi-step workflows.
