Description

You will design and deliver enterprise-grade agentic AI architectures, translating complex business requirements into scalable multi-agent systems and securing executive buy-in through technical advisory and value modeling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to diagnose structural pain points and map them to agentic AI opportunities through strategic discovery.
• Design complex multi-agent systems featuring orchestration, planning, memory frameworks, tool calling, RAG, and strict guardrails.
• Lead discovery workshops to define solution vision, crafting business cases and ROI/cost-savings models for client leadership.
• Select and integrate LLMs, vector stores, and enterprise software to build high-impact proof-of-concepts and reference designs.
• Present strategic blueprints and architecture trade-offs to CXO-level stakeholders while guiding engineering teams through delivery.

Required Skills

• 10–18 years of total professional experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI, automation, or digital transformation architecture.
• Hands-on experience building with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Deep expertise in deploying enterprise-grade RAG structures and orchestrating LLMs.
• Proven track record of facilitating workshops, authoring proposals, and communicating complex concepts to business executives.
• Ability to model business metrics (cost-to-serve, revenue leakage) into tangible, architecture-driven savings.
• Experience integrating with major enterprise platforms including Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Genesys, UiPath, or cloud hyper-scalers.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Background in management consulting, Big-4 transformation, or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Relevant certifications such as Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP), TOGAF, Six Sigma, or insurance-specific designations (LOMA, III, ACORD).
