Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI applications and multi-agent architectures. Define the roadmap for AI capability development, integrating autonomous systems into enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable architectures for multi-agent systems handling complex cross-departmental workflows.
• Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions exhibiting autonomy and goal-oriented behavior.
• Implement MLOps processes for model development, monitoring, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing services.
• Mentor technical teams and bridge the gap between technical delivery and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platforms (ITSM, HRSD, SecOps) and enterprise workflow integration.
• Expertise in designing autonomous systems using LLMs or multi-agent architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and distributed systems/microservices architecture.
• Experience in IT or engineering services, working across clients and industries.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Agentic AI capabilities, including Virtual Agents and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop or human-on-the-loop systems for training autonomous agents.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation.
