Description

Design and develop intelligent AI agents with reasoning, planning, and autonomous task execution capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build single-agent and multi-agent solutions using LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Develop LLM-powered applications, optimizing prompts, context management, and token usage.
• Implement RAG pipelines, vector search, and enterprise knowledge integration.
• Create agent orchestration workflows including planner-executor models, reflection loops, and event-driven architectures.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms, APIs, CRM/ERP systems, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Databricks, and Synapse.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, and Synapse.
• Implement evaluation frameworks, monitoring, observability, and hallucination detection mechanisms.
• Implement Responsible AI guardrails, security controls, privacy, and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
