Description

You will develop and deploy agentic AI solutions, managing the lifecycle from data pre-processing to evaluation and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models for text, image, and code synthesis.
• Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks, ensuring performance alignment.
• Manage the AI development lifecycle, including data pre-processing and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and integrate AI solutions.
• Champion responsible AI practices, focusing on bias mitigation and explainability.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of IT Development experience.
• 2-3 years developing and applying generative AI models and AI tools.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, deep learning architectures, and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with LLM Frameworks such as Langchain, ADK, OpenAI, or Gemini.
• Experience in Agentic AI tools and integration to solve business problems.
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
