Skills required:

● Proven ability to design and deliver working AI agents that generate or assist with drafts for documentation use cases ● Create AI Agents and develop automation for various documentation activities that improve productivity across documentation operations. ● Experience achieving improved quality and reliability of AI-assisted content, including reducing hallucination/ambiguity risk and ensuring consistency across doc sets. ● Expertise in designing for scalability, reliability, and adaptability. ● Demonstrable experience achieving better integration between documentation workflows and Jira-based initiation, tracking, and automation steps. ● Good working knowledge of XML. ● Experience in creating AI agents using different LLMs or workflow automations for knowledge, documentation, or content-heavy environments. ● Experience in designing prompt flows or structured AI workflows for drafting, analysis, review, or content transformation tasks. ● Well-versed in integrating AI workflows into Jira-based operational processes
