Design and build production-ready agentic AI solutions and scalable multi-agent workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate AI applications with LLM platforms.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and CI/CD practices for AI systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex AI workflows and multi-agent interactions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in Python and asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent agentic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI fundamentals and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and integrating platforms like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines and AI evaluation/monitoring.
• Deep knowledge of Multi-Agent Systems and RAG architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MCP Servers and Google ADK.
• Experience deploying production-scale AI platforms.
