Description

You will build and optimize autonomous AI systems using multi-agent orchestration and retrieval-augmented generation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI systems using Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Develop solutions leveraging retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and GraphRAG.
• Integrate and optimize workflows using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Design autonomous coding and research agents for problem-solving.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems for performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in software development with 2+ years focused on AI tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python development.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration using Semantic Kernel or AutoGen.
• Implementation of RAG techniques, specifically GraphRAG.
• Expertise in Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Hands-on experience developing autonomous coding agents and research agents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-based AI architectures.
• Knowledge of NLP, knowledge graphs, and semantic reasoning.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud.
