Description

You will develop and deploy AI/ML models for marketing and operations use cases.

You will own the full ML lifecycle, from model development to MLOps deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep learning models using CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers for complex tasks.
• Implement agentic workflows using platforms like AutoGen and CrewAI.
• Build multi-modal AI agents capable of processing text, voice, and other inputs for automation.
• Manage the ML lifecycle, including model versioning and deployment pipelines via MLOps.
• Perform predictive analysis, clustering, and KPI monitoring using data analytics techniques.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud services, specifically AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, SageMaker, Bedrock).
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as OpenAI (GPT, DALL·E, Whisper) and Anthropic (Claude).
• Proficiency in traditional ML techniques including PCA and Feature Engineering.
• Experience with model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning.
• Ability to engage with clients and communicate technical findings effectively.
