Description

You will design, build, and operationalize governed AI agent systems that autonomously plan, reason, and execute complex workflows across enterprise data and risk platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize multi-agent systems using LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Implement advanced prompting strategies, including chain-of-thought, reflection, and self-correction loops.
• Connect AI agents to APIs, databases, and third-party SaaS platforms for autonomous action.
• Design short-term and long-term memory systems using RAG and vector databases to maintain context.
• Deploy production-ready systems with low latency, high accuracy, and observability via LangSmith or CloudWatch.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expert-level Python development.
• Deep experience with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
• Proficiency with Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience building multi-agent architectures (CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Strong understanding of RAG, vector databases, and memory systems.
• Ability to implement AI guardrails, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
