You will build and deploy enterprise AI agents across various domains.

Responsibilities

• Build agents using Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and Microsoft’s Agent Kit builder.
• Develop reasoning, memory, and tool-calling capabilities within the agents.
• Build connectors to enterprise systems, including APIs, Databases, and SharePoint.
• Implement feedback loops and agent evaluation metrics for deployed agents.
• Support industry agent pilots in areas like Disaster Recovery, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI development.
• Expert proficiency in Python and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AI SDKs, specifically Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and AgentKit.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines and vector search implementations.
• Proficiency with embedding models and LLM API integration.
• Demonstrated ability in implementing tool-calling and agent planning logic.
• Experience connecting agents to enterprise systems via APIs and Databases.
