Description

Build and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and dynamic task execution using Microsoft Agentic Framework and AI Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Architect agentic capabilities including planning, memory, tool usage, and adaptive workflows.
• Integrate LLMs with agentic features into enterprise workflows, developing prompt engineering strategies and tool-chaining pipelines.
• Design multi-agent and multi-step workflows for scalable, cloud-ready AI systems.
• Connect AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, MCP servers, and containerized platforms like AKS.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to research emerging technologies in agentic AI and cognitive automation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or automation engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on work with LLM-based or agentic AI systems.
• Proficiency in Python and AI development frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft AI Foundry or similar agentic frameworks.
• Knowledge of planning engines, tool integration, vector memory, and reasoning models.
• Familiarity with MCP Servers, Azure (AKS), and cloud-native architectures.
• Skilled in Docker/Kubernetes and containerized deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UiPath/RPA and integrating RPA bots into AI-driven workflows.
• Exposure to reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and vector databases.
