Description

You will develop and own enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems for Supply Chain use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and RAG pipelines for enterprise systems.
• Drive architectural decisions across deployment models (on-prem, cloud, hybrid, containerized) to ensure scalability.
• Design and implement agent observability and evaluation frameworks, tracking latency, accuracy, and failure modes.
• Define agent autonomy boundaries, human-in-the-loop workflows, and escalation strategies for supply chain use cases.
• Capture design requirements, translate them into user stories, and perform technical design and integration testing.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, or enterprise platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python for production-grade AI systems.
• Proficiency in AI/ML systems, generative AI, or agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience working with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., ReAct patterns, LangChain).
• Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization for production.
• Experience designing multi-agent communication and coordination patterns.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, ITSM) using APIs or data connectors.
• Competency in SQL and JSON, with Java experience being a plus.
