Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and productionize agentic AI solutions using GCP and Generative AI technologies
• Design and build AI-powered services integrated through REST API-based architectures
• Implement machine learning and NLP concepts to develop intelligent and scalable AI capabilities
• Integrate models, tools, and external services to enable autonomous and agent-driven workflows
• Apply AI evaluation techniques to measure, validate, benchmark, and improve model and agent performance
• Utilize reasoning and agent behavior patterns such as Chain-of-Thought (CoT), ReAct, and Self Reflection to enhance AI task execution quality
• Work with ADK frameworks and tooling to support agentic AI development workflows and orchestration
• Develop secure, scalable, and reliable AI solutions for real-world business applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams to define and implement AI use cases
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve AI model responses, reasoning quality, and operational performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI architectures, prompt strategies, and evaluation methodologies
• Support deployment, monitoring, testing, and lifecycle management of AI-powered applications and services
• Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in GenAI, agentic systems, ML, and NLP technologies

Experience Required:

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, or AI Engineering environments
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, GCP, REST APIs, and Generative AI technologies
• Experience developing AI-powered applications and integrating models/services through APIs
• Good understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and AI evaluation methodologies
• Hands-on experience with reasoning techniques and agent behavior patterns including CoT, ReAct, and Self Reflection
• Experience working with ADK or similar agentic AI development frameworks and workflows
• Exposure to Dialogflow or conversational AI platforms is preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to scalable AI solution delivery
• Understanding of production deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI systems is preferred
