Description

You design and build autonomous AI systems powered by LLMs, focusing on agent development, RAG pipelines, and scalable application integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using modern LLM frameworks.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs into scalable applications and workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering and model optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models).
• Proven experience building RAG architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of NLP and machine learning concepts.
• Ability to build AI-driven applications from scratch.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone).
• Knowledge of LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI models in production on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
