You will engineer AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency in Business Banking.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI validation roadmap to streamline business processes.
• Architect end-to-end AI checks within campaign authoring and execution workflows.
• Build and refine AI/ML models using external signals and trend analysis for actionable insights.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to operationalize AI capabilities and standardize metrics.
• Integrate AI tools with upstream and downstream systems to support transformation objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in applied software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
