Build scalable GenAI applications and agentic workflows using Python, LangChain, and modern LLMs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy generative AI solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Llama.
• Implement agentic workflows with LangChain Agents and LangGraph.
• Build RAG pipelines, embedding strategies, and semantic retrieval systems.
• Develop REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask for enterprise integration.
• Optimize LLM performance, cost, and accuracy through prompt engineering and context management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in AI/ML, including model development and evaluation.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Expertise in LangChain and LangGraph for multi-agent systems.
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate).
• Proficiency in building REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
• Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with MCP, Kafka, and message queues.
• Experience deploying solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to CrewAI or AutoGen frameworks.
• Background in the banking domain (KYC, Onboarding).
