Description

You will design and develop AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems that collaborate to solve complex workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and external tools.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies for reliable agent reasoning.
• Implement memory, planning, and reasoning modules in AI agents.
• Monitor and optimize agent performance, reliability, and safety.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience working with LLM-based applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGPT.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Knowledge of vector databases and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building multi-agent orchestration systems.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or planning algorithms.
