Description

You will design and build autonomous AI agents that make decisions and execute complex workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems that collaborate to solve complex problems.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and external tools.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies for reliable reasoning.
• Implement memory, planning, and reasoning modules.
• Monitor and optimize agent performance, reliability, and safety.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with LLM-based applications.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGPT.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of vector databases and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building multi-agent orchestration systems.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or planning algorithms.
