Description

Design, build, and deploy secure, governable, and scalable AI agents using modern agentic platforms and frameworks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks across enterprise workflows.
• Implement agents using platforms like Writer, Amazon Bedrock, or UiPath, applying RAG, tool invocation, and memory patterns.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs, connecting to structured and unstructured data sources.
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls, policy guardrails, and permission checks to ensure auditability and compliance.
• Measure agent performance, diagnose failure modes, and continuously optimize prompts and orchestration logic.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software, AI/ML, or automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or autonomous workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, or vector search.
• Understanding of agent operating modes (assistive, workflow-driven, semi-autonomous).
• Ability to design orchestration logic separating planning, execution, and validation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Writer, Amazon Bedrock, UiPath, or similar agentic platforms.
• Familiarity with regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
