Design, build, and orchestrate AI agents for reasoning, planning, and task execution within enterprise environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using platforms like Writer, Bedrock, or UiPath to handle assistive, workflow-driven, and semi-autonomous modes.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool invocation, and memory patterns for robust agent capabilities.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs, connecting to structured and unstructured data sources.
• Build orchestration logic that separates planning, execution, and validation, ensuring actions are auditable and compliant.
• Measure agent performance, diagnose failure modes, and continuously optimize prompts and orchestration logic.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software, AI/ML, or automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or complex workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Strong experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, or vector search mechanisms.
• Ability to implement human-in-the-loop controls and policy guardrails.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with specific agentic platforms such as Writer, Amazon Bedrock, or UiPath.
• Familiarity with regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
