Agentic AI Engineer

You will build and deploy AI agents to automate and optimize labor-intensive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Write software code to support AI agent communication and connect models to internal and external services via API calls.
• Deploy agentic AI systems into target environments and set up monitoring to ensure reliable execution.
• Secure agentic workflows and evaluate results for accuracy, performance, and impact.
• Conduct research, develop prototypes, and document results to ensure systems adhere to ethical, transparency, and fairness principles.
• Support testing, debugging, and maintenance using automated testing tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience building production-level AI or ML systems, including LLMs, agents, or complex automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and Python tools such as Pandas or NumPy.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Reinforcement Learning (RL).
• Hands-on experience with NLP and frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience connecting agents to APIs, cloud platforms, or databases.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot for developing REST services.
• Knowledge of SDLC and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipeline administration using Kubernetes, Docker, or Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with GitHub and other collaborative development platforms.
