Description

Lead software engineering teams to design, develop, and implement large-scale applications for tens of thousands of users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, coding, code reviews, and testing for new applications and existing enhancements.
• Translate stakeholder and customer needs into technical requirements and product roadmaps.
• Manage technical resources including hardware, software, licenses, and services.
• Mitigate technical risks and implement strategies to improve system performance and availability.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to dev/sec/ops practices and deployment standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software design, development, testing, and requirements management.
• Proficiency with AWS and Azure cloud technologies.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and C.
• Ability to decompose functional requirements into technical prototypes and test cycles.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives to new software architectures.
• Proven ability to estimate technical costs and development effort for application features.
