Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior LLM / GenAI Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and Full-Stack AI Engineering. The ideal candidate will design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade AI applications using modern AI frameworks, cloud technologies, and MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop LLM-powered AI applications and RAG solutions.
Build AI services using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and vector databases.
Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using LoRA, PEFT, and related techniques.
Develop scalable APIs and microservices for AI applications.
Deploy AI solutions using Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
Monitor model performance, latency, cost, and observability.
Implement AI security, privacy, and Responsible AI best practices.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Experience:
7+ years of AI/ML or Software Engineering experience.
Strong experience building and deploying production-grade LLM/GenAI applications.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
