Description

You will lead the hands-on development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions and manage the full Agent Development Lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy agentic solutions using LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Design RAG pipelines and integrate them with various knowledge bases and vector databases.
• Build and optimize agent workflows, reusable templates, and tool/function calling capabilities.
• Implement observability stacks for logging and drift/bias monitoring to ensure system health.
• Translate executive business requirements into technical specifications for the India-based AI team.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML systems architecture.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python, including API integration and advanced prompt design.
• Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, tool/function calling, and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with vector databases including FAISS, Chroma, or Pinecone.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, specifically AWS.
• Strong understanding of the Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
