Description

You will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions across experience and MarTech platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for business use cases.
• Manage the preprocessing and analysis of large datasets to ensure quality for AI models.
• Integrate AI models into production environments using cloud platforms and containerization.
• Collaborate with development, data science, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the MarTech Stack (Adobe, Salesforce, Google).
• 5 years of experience in Full Stack technologies (e.g., React, Java, Spring Boot).
• Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG agentic systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• 1+ year of experience with Agent orchestration and prompt management frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI).
• Expert-level proficiency with agentic development tools (Claude, Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Expertise with Python, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
• Understanding of modern AI-driven protocols, including MCP.
• Full-stack engineering mindset to engineer complete systems from frontend to backend infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
