Description

You will design and implement agentic AI solutions across MarTech platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize ML/DL models for business use cases.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to ensure AI model quality.
• Integrate AI models into production using cloud platforms and containerization.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to embed AI.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including MarTech background building Agentic AI solutions.
• Expertise with MarTech Stack: Adobe, Salesforce, or Google.
• 1+ year experience with Agent orchestration and prompt management (LangChain, CrewAI).
• 5 years of Full Stack experience (React, Java, Spring Boot).
• Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience deploying AIML solutions in production.
• Proficiency with agentic development tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).

Preferred Skills

• Full-stack engineering mindset to engineer complete systems from frontend to backend.
