Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and GenAI solutions, managing execution across business stakeholders, data engineering, and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude agent frameworks, and enterprise LLM orchestration patterns.
• Define architecture standards for agentic systems, including prompt engineering, tool calling schemas, grounding flows, and RAG pipelines.
• Translate complex workflows into automated, modular, event-driven pipelines integrating with REST APIs, Power Platform connectors, and enterprise data services.
• Partner with engineering to shape MCP-based agent architectures, integration layers, authentication flows (OAuth/Entra), and system-to-system messaging.
• Implement agent observability using logging, telemetry instrumentation, latency/error metrics, and automated remediation workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI platform development.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and enterprise LLM orchestration.
• Proven track record designing and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Strong proficiency in building and integrating REST APIs and Power Platform connectors.
• Experience connecting agents to enterprise data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, SAP).
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery and sprint alignment.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and SharePoint ecosystems.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, data governance, and security access controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operationalizing approval gates, compliance workflows, and audit readiness triggers.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and defining KPIs for automation ROI.
