Description

You will conduct applied research to advance AI/ML systems for mobility services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate Agentic AI systems, defining tool integration and communication protocols.
• Research AI safety and alignment topics to improve system integrity.
• Identify research gaps and propose novel solutions to enhance agent-based system performance and adaptability.
• Prototype new frameworks and algorithms in Python using tools like AutoGen or LangChain.

Required Skills

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline with AI/ML focus.
• 12+ years of relevant research experience.
• Experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI Safety and Alignment.
• Experience with Foundational architectures (LLMs, VLMs), including fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Ability to define research problems, gather data, and present findings in writing and presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AutoGen or LangChain.
