You design, prototype, and deploy agentic AI solutions embedded with product and engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for complex data and AI problems, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and security.
• Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems to automate workflows end-to-end.
• Develop working prototypes from concept to production-ready code within days, not months.
• Implement and extend Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients to connect agents with enterprise tools.
• Design evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and monitoring pipelines to ensure agent safety and performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Deep hands-on experience developing AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Strong proficiency with LLMs and RAG systems in production environments.
• Experience with AWS, specifically AWS Agent Core.
• Ability to build and extend MCP servers and clients.
• Proficiency in designing scalable, modular architectures.
• Experience creating intuitive front-end interfaces and dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ML models into production workflows.
• Proven track record of influencing technical direction without formal authority.
