Description

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems to solve high-priority business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, modular systems that balance speed with enterprise-grade reliability and security.
• Design and deliver production-ready prototypes for complex data and AI problems within compressed timeframes.
• Develop and maintain agent skills, composing discrete capabilities into larger agentic pipelines.
• Implement and extend Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients to connect agents with enterprise tools and APIs.
• Embed with product and engineering teams to co-define problems, drive alignment, and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in full-stack development and AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in developing AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Strong proficiency with LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients.
• Ability to design intuitive front-end interfaces and dashboards for business users.
• Proven track record of translating ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with AWS Agent Core or similar enterprise agent platforms.
• Experience designing evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and monitoring pipelines for AI reliability.
