Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy Machine Learning models with a focus on language models and agentic systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models using state-of-the-art algorithms.
• Implement AI agent collaboration, negotiation, and autonomous decision-making workflows.
• Integrate LLMs with agentic frameworks to enhance automation and reasoning.
• Build and manage multi-agent systems using orchestration frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• 2-3 years of experience in Generative AI solution development.
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs including GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, and Gemini.
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI.
• Strong understanding of RAG, Agents, VectorDB, and Guardrails.
• Experience with cloud services including Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Familiarity with deep learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
