You will own the architecture and implementation of end-to-end Order Management Systems (OMS).
Responsibilities
Define OMS architecture leveraging IBM OMS, including Distributed Order Management, SIP, Logistics Management, Supplier Collaboration, and Reverse Logistics modules.
Design integration strategies between OMS and ERP, WMS, CRM, e-commerce, payment, and logistics platforms.
Lead the implementation and customization of IBM OMS pipelines, participant models, inventory, order routing, and payment processes.
Establish and govern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for OMS solutions.
Mentor and manage OMS development teams, providing technical guidance across business analysts, developers, and QA.
Required Skills
15 years of IT experience, with at least 10 years specifically in OMS architecture and implementation.
Proven track record of multiple IBM OMS implementations for large retailers.
Deep expertise in IBM OMS (including containerized/cloud versions), Java, Angular, XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP web services, and microservices.
Expertise in customization of DOM, Pricing, Inventory, Call Center, Store, and Supplier Collaboration modules.
Experience with Nextgen OMoC 2.0 and customization of next gen call center and store order management.
Strong understanding of order lifecycle, inventory management, invoice processing, payment processing, and tax integrations.
Proficiency in Agile development environments and leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with integration technologies like Kafka and MQ.
Preferred Skills
IBM OMS certification(s).
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability tools.
