Job Responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter on the Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).

Design, develop, and support Guidewire configurations, integrations, JPD, and APD solutions to meet business and technical requirements.

Architect and implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, and messaging frameworks.

Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to development teams while enforcing best practices and design standards.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing insurance solutions.

Support cloud deployment, release planning, CI/CD processes, and Guidewire Cloud migration initiatives while ensuring platform stability and performance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in Guidewire implementation, solution architecture, and enterprise application development.

Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP), GW Configuration, JPD, APD, and cloud-based implementations.

Proven experience in insurance domain solutions (P&C preferred), integration architecture, cloud-native design, and leading large-scale Guidewire transformation programs
