Description

Lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter on the Guidewire Cloud Platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Guidewire configurations, integrations, JPD, and APD solutions for insurance domain requirements.
• Design and build integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, and messaging frameworks.
• Support cloud deployment, release planning, CI/CD processes, and Guidewire Cloud migration initiatives.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to development teams while enforcing best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Guidewire implementation, solution architecture, and enterprise application development.
• Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
• Proficiency in GW Configuration, JPD, and APD.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and cloud-based implementations.
• Proven track record in insurance domain solutions, specifically P&C preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale Guidewire transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
