Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for global platforms.

• Prioritize work tasks and resolve issues using your own initiative.
• Expand technical knowledge of the platforms and processes supporting the Line of Business.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Demonstrable experience with Agile Engineering and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder negotiation.
• Proven ability to manage complex requirements for global-scale platforms.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leadership.
• Strong time management and task prioritization capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
