Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure technical deliverables meet customer goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, features, and user stories.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with stakeholder objectives.
• Lead agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage risks, track issues, and facilitate regular status meetings with project sponsors.
• Conduct testing and provide feedback to development teams to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or application development.
• Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing project workflows.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Experience acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customers.
• Skill in translating complex requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with teams developing web-based solutions.
• Ability to write simple SQL queries.
