Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into product features.

Create and maintain high-quality user stories, epics, features, acceptance criteria, business rules, workflows, and functional documentation.

Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery priorities.

Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement sessions, and other Agile ceremonies.

Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering meetings.

Work closely with Engineering, UX, QA, and Product teams to define MVP scope, implementation strategy, and release plans.

Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps while effectively communicating project progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities.

Support SDLC activities from requirements gathering through implementation and post-production support.

Ensure business requirements are clearly documented and understood across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills 6–8 years of Business Analysis experience with at least 6 years working in Agile environments.

Strong expertise in: Requirements Gathering & Analysis User Story Creation Acceptance Criteria Definition Business Rules Documentation Workflow & Process Mapping Backlog Management & Prioritization Stakeholder Management Agile Delivery & SDLC Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Experience creating formal business documentation and workflows.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Data, Analytics, Reporting, or other regulated industries.

Experience supporting AI/ML, NLP, or Large Language Model (LLM) initiatives. Familiarity with Databricks or similar modern data platforms.

Experience working in small or fast-paced organizations. Knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile best practices.
