Description

You will translate business requirements into product features and manage the backlog for Agile delivery teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, and Product teams to define MVP scope and release plans.
• Develop delivery roadmaps and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of Business Analysis experience with at least 6 years in Agile environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Proficient in backlog management, process mapping, and business documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting SDLC activities from requirements through post-production support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or other regulated industries.
• Experience supporting AI/ML, NLP, or Large Language Model (LLM) initiatives.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar modern data platforms.
