Translate client requirements into technical specifications and drive project delivery through the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational needs and product strategies into technical specifications, user stories, and application requirements.
• Create diagrams to explain system modifications to technical teams and executive management.
• Propose alternative solutions that balance cost and benefit while testing for business and technical compatibility.
• Manage and maintain Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Track project metrics and ensure teams adhere to core Agile principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology.
• Proficiency with Scrum and Kanban Agile methodologies.
• Experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Experience translating product strategy into user stories and application requirements.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing and documenting business and system processes.
• Technical experience in Test Plans, Storyboarding, and Requirements documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
