Description

Lead Agile or Scrum teams to deliver complex technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments to delivery across multiple teams.
• Partner with Product Management to develop viable roadmaps for platforms and capabilities.
• Mentor and guide Technical Project Managers, Agile Champions, and other team members.
• Monitor and ensure all deliverables and engineering processes comply with SDLC standards.
• Provide executive-level program health updates to key leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading Agile or Scrum teams.
• Deep understanding of software design and SDLC standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives across multiple teams simultaneously.
• Experience managing risks from initial identification through to resolution.
• Strong proficiency in organizational, product, and industry standard metrics.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and clarify objectives in under-defined environments.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and third-party stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of driving technical solutions for medium to high complexity products.
