Description

You will facilitate agile processes for three Scrum teams in an onsite capacity in Florida City.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Remove impediments to help teams become self-organizing and empowered.
• Manage Scrum of Scrums to ensure cross-team alignment.
• Keep teams organized and on track throughout the delivery cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Agile certification.
• Proven experience acting as an Agile Champion.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Hands-on experience with Rally.
• Expertise in Scrum of Scrums.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SDLC.
• Project Management experience.
