Description

You will own the product vision, strategy, and development for four internal lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Drive the online application product roadmap to ensure alignment between market needs and departmental goals.
• Convert requirements and designs into actionable user stories for technical teams.
• Collaborate with development teams to evaluate and iterate on requirements, ideas, and designs.
• Oversee implementations to ensure teams remain aligned with the product vision and requirements.
• Attend daily scrum calls to identify and resolve impediments related to requirements and design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or agile leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of Agile Methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in Product Road Mapping.
• Proven experience leading transformation projects.
• Ability to analyze market requirements for current and future functionality.
• Any Graduate degree.
