Description

You will lead the transition to full agile methodology adoption across the organization, coaching senior leadership and project teams to align with strategic goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach senior managers and project teams on agile practices to ensure top-down adoption.
• Facilitate learning through individual coaching, workshops, and stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement strategies for adopting agile best practices, including structured prioritization and technical debt management.
• Drive cultural change by identifying anti-patterns, breaking down silos, and improving dev-ops collaboration.
• Monitor progress using metrics to ensure projects meet goals and milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proven experience scaling agile methodologies across different work cultures and environments.
• Experience managing agile projects within hybrid waterfall environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and shift teams from reactive to proactive approaches.
• Expertise in implementing value-based prioritization frameworks.
• Strong ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders of varying technical skill levels.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of integrating quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for educating diverse technical disciplines.
