You will drive organizational agility by coaching teams and leadership on best practices and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current systems and processes to design and implement agile adoption strategies.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Team Leads, and senior managers to ensure top-down adoption of agile principles.
• Facilitate agile workshops and stand-up meetings for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Implement structured prioritization frameworks and strategies for managing technical debt.
• Promote continuous improvement by setting milestones, using objective metrics, and breaking down organizational silos.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Proven experience using Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience scaling agile practices and managing projects in hybrid waterfall environments.
• Demonstrated ability to implement agile techniques across different work cultures and environments.
• Strong expertise in project management and troubleshooting team dynamics.
• Ability to lead, educate, and coach individuals at all levels, regardless of technical skill or title.
• Experience shifting organizations from reactive to proactive approaches.
• Knowledge of integrating quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Coach or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience coaching at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies.
