Description

Lead Agile transformation initiatives, coaching teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices to drive continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine the product backlog and prioritize work effectively.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation with new practices.
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics to drive accountability and transparency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading Agile transformations in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Certifications such as CSM, ICP ACC, or SPC.
