Responsibilities
- Analyze current systems and processes to design and implement agile adoption strategies.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Team Leads, senior managers, and cross-functional teams on agile principles and scrum practices.
- Facilitate agile workshops and lead stand-up meetings to review project status and resolve impediments.
- Implement structured prioritization frameworks based on business value and manage technical debt strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement by setting milestones, using objective metrics, and breaking down organizational silos.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
- Deep expertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Proven track record of scaling agile and managing organizational change in entrenched environments.
- Experience running agile projects of varying complexity, including hybrid waterfall environments.
- Ability to recognize and remove anti-patterns within team dynamics.
- Experience integrating quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to enable collaboration across different technical disciplines.
- Ability to implement value-based prioritization frameworks.
- Experience improving collaboration between development and operations teams.
