Description

You will guide teams and leadership in adopting agile best practices to drive organizational change and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current systems and processes to design and implement agile adoption strategies.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Team Leads, senior managers, and cross-functional teams on agile principles and scrum practices.
• Facilitate agile workshops and lead stand-up meetings to review project status and maintain momentum.
• Implement value-based prioritization frameworks and strategies for managing technical debt.
• Drive cultural change by breaking down organizational silos and improving collaboration between development and operations.
• Monitor team progress using metrics and objective measures to ensure goals and milestones are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proven experience scaling agile methodologies across different work cultures and environments.
• Experience managing agile projects of varying size and complexity, including hybrid waterfall environments.
• Demonstrated ability to implement organizational change and shift teams from reactive to proactive approaches.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to identify and remove antipatterns in team dynamics.
• Expertise in integrating quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate complex agile concepts to stakeholders regardless of technical skill or title.
• Experience establishing working agreements and escalation paths to improve cross-functional collaboration.
