You will drive organizational agility by coaching teams and leadership to adopt and sustain agile best practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current systems and processes to design and implement agile adoption strategies.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Team Leads, and senior management on agile principles and operating models.
• Facilitate agile workshops and learning sessions for technical disciplines and key stakeholders.
• Implement value-based prioritization frameworks and strategies for managing technical debt.
• Identify team anti-patterns and facilitate working agreements to improve cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience scaling agile frameworks across different work cultures.
• Proven track record of managing agile projects of varying complexity within hybrid waterfall environments.
• Experience breaking down organizational silos and improving Dev/Ops collaboration.
• Ability to recognize and resolve anti-patterns within team dynamics.
• Strong skills in conflict resolution and organizational change management.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Coach or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience coaching within large organizations or Fortune 500 companies.
